The World? - Crawl spaces are general good stuff, never sleep on them. Judgement? - Place a restock in a Devil/Angel deal and pray for something good. The Hermit? - Trade a crap free item for a better one or turn all those unused cards into capital. The Stars? - If your first item was garbage, get 2 items from any pool you want. The Lovers? - Free item from any pool you want. A single Devil card can make an otherwise floor a breeze and some can be game-changing. They might seem trivial, but they really do win you rounds. Then you just splurge on buying a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of cards. The idea is to get a really strong run early on, stop buying items, because you're already super strong and will get deal, boss room and item room stuff for free. The thing that eventually ended up winning me the game was abusing the ♥♥♥♥ out of cards on sale. Of all my experience going through Repentance, Tainted Lost Greedier was perhaps the most miserable, unfun and time-consuming process next to Tainted Eden Delirium.
